    As Halloween approaches, enthusiastic Pandora never waits for Ms. Broomsticks' directions.  When little witches are learning to turn black cats into bats and to ride brooms, they can get into quite a magic mess when they don't listen, and Pandora turns witch school into a bubbling, croaking cauldron of chaos.  The story begins:

   When the sun sets, it's time for class to begin at Ms. Broomstick's School.  During the day, it is a regular school. But when night falls, Ms. Broomstick waves her wand and transforms the building into a perfect school for young witches.
